Website operation

Bookings
The booking page uses Beds24. Information entered into the booking engine is sent directly to that booking provider and is governed by the information shown during the booking process.
Guest support chat
Messages may be processed to answer your request and protect the service from abuse. Do not enter payment-card information, passwords, identity documents or other sensitive information into chat. Conversation logging will be limited and should not contain unnecessary guest data.
Analytics and optional cookies
With your permission, this website uses Google Analytics 4 to understand visits and improve the guest experience. Analytics is not loaded unless you select “Allow analytics”. If you decline, the website continues to work and only your consent preference is stored. Advertising storage and personalised advertising signals remain disabled.
You can change your choice at any time using “Cookie settings” in the website footer. Google may process technical usage information under its own service terms when analytics is enabled.
External services
