Arrival and departure
Check-in begins at 3:00 PM and check-out is by 10:00 AM. Early check-in from 1:00 PM and late check-out until 12:00 PM require advance approval and a prepaid fee from CHF 20.

Parking
Car parking is free and marked as number 2 on the map below. The parking card is in your room: write your room number and licence plate number on it, then leave it clearly visible behind the windscreen. Bus parking must be approved in advance. Small buses cost CHF 10 per day and large coaches CHF 20 per day.
Pets
Pets are not permitted in the hotel.
Breakfast
Summer breakfast is available for CHF 15 per person and must be reserved in advance.
Public transport
The nearest bus stop is Därligen Dorf. The nearest railway station is Interlaken West.
Guest support
The hotel does not have a traditional reception desk. Housekeeping can assist guests on site every day from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM. Outside these hours, call or WhatsApp +41 76 746 76 48.
Step by step
Your arrival
Self check-in is handled entirely in the Booking.com chat: complete the guest registration, pay the tourist tax, and receive your room number and access code there.

Key box at the entrance
The key box is beside the main entrance. Use the access code sent to you in the Booking.com chat.

Enter your room
Your room number is sent in the Booking.com chat once registration and tourist-tax payment are complete. Then use your key or card at your room door.
Rooms and balconies
The hotel has four double rooms with terraces and three family rooms with kitchens. Upper-floor balconies are currently closed, with renovation planned for 2027.
